IMPORTANT: Delivery Procedure Changes Due To COVID-19
We are currently open and operating as usual and will continue this as long as the freight companies continue to remain operational.
Delivery Procedure Changes:
Auspost/Startrack: Are currently delivering all orders via “Safe Drop” and are not requiring a signature on any of their deliveries. Please check their website here for the latest information.
Fastway/Aramex: To minimise the risk of spreading or contracting Coronavirus, signatures will not be required for parcel delivery. We will be processing all deliveries as an ATL (Authority to Leave) transaction. This means the parcel will be left in a safe place at the delivery address, and a photo will be taken of the item at the door. If the courier cannot deliver the package to a safe place, they will leave a calling card with further instructions. In this instance, the parcel will be dropped in to a local Parcel Connect outlet for collection at a convenient time, or returned to the nearest depot for redelivery. IMPORTANT: If you are not happy with a “Safe Drop” delivery, please wait to order until the couriers procedures have returned to normal. Beefy’s cannot be held responsible for the parcel due to changes in the procedures of the delivery companies. At this stage all orders will be delivered "without" a signature required.
What We Are Doing:
Prevention: Here at Beefy’s the health of our customers, employees and their families is extremely important to us. We are following strict procedures to ensure the cleanliness of our workplace and packing procedures.
Returns: At this stage we are accepting NO returns under any circumstances, for the safety of our staff and customers. Products that are eligible are still covered under warranty as standard, although we will not be accepting warranty claims until after this pandemic has cleared. All warranties will be back dated to when the claim was first made; a warranty claims form must be filled for this to take effect.
Shipping Cut Off Times:
We promise to have your order processed and posted as quick as we possibly can, if we have received payment before 12:00pm** most orders will be shipped the same day, 12:00pm** is a safe guide and we always continue to process orders until closing time. Due to the fragile nature our products we require time to prepare them before the courier collects them and we suggest placing your order as early as possible. Express (Air) freight cut off time is before 12:00pm** as the couriers collect parcels much earlier than road freight.

- Flat Rate / Courier: 2pm*
*Couriers can sometimes collect parcels earlier than usual.

Australia Post have announced that there are delays to their delivery service and more information can be found on their website here and here. We are suggesting there may be delays to your delivery, this is outside of our control and all we can do is process and ship your orders as soon as we can. All delivery times on our website are approximate only and do not reflect the current epidemic that is causing issues to the delivery network.
